# Modular Carpet by Premrest

The product is solution-dyed nylon carpet tile (500 x 1000 mm) with bonded recycled PET felt backing, installed in an ashlar (brick-bond) pattern using pressure-sensitive adhesive. The 15-year manufacturer wear warranty is rated for commercial corridor traffic. Individual tiles can be lifted and replaced, so a damaged section is repaired in minutes rather than re-carpeting the whole room. The same product specified for hotel guest rooms is the product that ships into Australian homes, rentals, and motels.
